Colorado 811 Online Ticketing System Training Registration
Colorado 811 is launching a new online ticketing system designed to streamline the locate request and excavation notification process. Please note: The training options outlined below are exclusively available to existing Web Ticket Entry (WTE) users with an active login. To ensure a smooth transition and maintain compliance with Colorado's utility protection requirements, we’re providing comprehensive training specifically for current WTE users. These sessions are not open to new users or those without an active WTE account. If you are new to Colorado 811, foundational training will be available at the time of the platform launch on January 29, 2026.
Note: Access to the Colorado 811 Ticketing System requires completing training, passing the competency exam, and creating a user account in Exactix.

Training Options for Active WTE Users
Virtual Live Training
Join our accelerated online courses from anywhere with an internet connection. These interactive sessions provide the same comprehensive training as our in-person workshops, allowing you to learn about and qualify to use Colorado 811's Online Ticketing System from your office or home. Please note: The training options outlined below are exclusively available to existing Web Ticket Entry (WTE) users with an active login.
Virtual training sessions are scheduled throughout each week leading up to the system launch, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Want to sign up your team for a session? Find your preferred day and time on our Training Hub and forward registration page to your team members. Each participant needs to register for the training with their own WTE login email in order to receive the calendar invitation and email with the Zoom link.

Live In-Person Training
Get hands-on experience with our new Online Ticketing System through accelerated, in-person training sessions led by Colorado 811's regional Education & Damage Prevention Liaisons. Our team will travel directly to your office to provide comprehensive training that qualifies your staff to submit tickets on the platform at launch. Please note: The training options outlined below are exclusively available to existing Web Ticket Entry (WTE) users with an active login.
Requirements for In-Person Training:
- Minimum of 25 verified, registered participants for locations 200+ miles from the regional liaison's home base
- Minimum of 10 verified, registered participants for locations 50 miles from the regional liaison's home base
- Events with fewer than 10 registered attendees will be offered in virtual format only

Live In-Person Training Hosted at Our Golden Office
Join us in office for training. These live in office sessions provide the same comprehensive training as our virtual session, allowing you to learn about and qualify to use Colorado 811's Online Ticketing System in person. In office training sessions are scheduled bi-weekly, offering options to accommodate your schedule.

Foundational training for new users—including full coverage of Colorado's One Call system and the new Online Ticketing System—will be available at the time of our platform launch on January 29, 2026.
